A Jello Mold is the perfect pan for this yummy cake!

Ingredients:

8-10 cups of popped popcorn – depending on the size of your mold
1/4 cup butter
1 pkg Mini Marshmallows
Assorted sprinkles, jelly beans, and candy Easter eggs

Reserve some sprinkles and eggs to decorate after removing from mold

Directions:

Pop popcorn and place in a large mixing bowl

In a saucepan melt butter and marshmallows over low heat until smooth and completely melted

Remove from heat

Once the mixture is slightly cool, pour over popcorn, add sprinkles, jelly beans, and eggs – mix carefully not to crush popcorn

Lightly coat the jello mold with butter or we used coconut oil and fill with popcorn mixture. Let set for 15 minutes.

Remove from mold and top with sprinkles and more eggs. Enjoy!!
