HAPPY CANADA DAY!! This is a super easy and fun recipe!! It literally explodes in your mouth!!

INGREDIENTS

  • 10-15 cups of air popped popcorn
  • 1 1/2 cups White Melting Chocolates
  • 4 packs of Pop Rocks, choose your favourite flavours!

Place popped popcorn into a large bowl. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

Melt the white chocolate either in a double boiler or microwave. If using the microwave watch carefully, stir every 40-50 seconds so that the chocolate does not burn.

Pour the chocolate over the popcorn and gently stir with a spatula, sprinkle 2 packages of POP ROCks and gently stir again.

Turn popcorn out onto baking sheet and sprinkle the remaining 2 packages of POP ROCKS onto the popcorn before it dries completely.

Let dry and store in airtight container. ENJOY!!
